He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Long and Marian Long; and his sister Nancy Anne Long. He is survived by: his siblings, Burton and Marian Long; his wife Pat Long of Highwood; his children, Andy Long (Grace), Jody Bowman (Matt), Sarah Sundt (Dirk) and Lois Long (Sou Saephan); his grandchildren, Katy, Jackie Long, Ransom, Morgan Bowman, Sloane and Tate Sundt; and his son Arthur Saephan.
