Nora L. McTaggart Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2025, at the age of 83, Nora L. McTaggart of Helena, Montana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Nora may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Owens (Bill) and Glenda Lee Owens; and her husband Vern Ray McTaggart. She is survived by: her children, Glinda Straub (Mark), Vernett Shaw (David), Debbie Williams (Rich) and Shane McTaggart (Rosmery). She is also survived by 21 Grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great- Great Grandchild.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Anderson Stevenson Wilke Funeral Home (3750 N Montana Ave, Helena, MT 59602). A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery (7100 N Montana Ave, Helena, MT 59602).
