She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard; her parents, Helen Polich and Anton Polich; and her siblings, Fred Polich, Anthony Polich, Mary Balder, Helen Polich and Millie Boulanger.
She is survived by: her son Scott (Kihana Van Diest); her grandsons, Isaac, Theo and Andreas; her nephews, Ron Polich (Adele Bissonette) and Mike Van Diest; her wife Heidi; her nieces, Susan Boulanger, Patricia Lynch and Annette Purnell; and also, Shane and Clay. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
