Garry left this world on August 27, 2024 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents Sally (Luoma) and August “Gus” Pistoria. He is survived by: his wife Debbe; his daughters, Dr. Jill Ash (Brian), Stephanie Pistoria and Jackie Possehl (Kirk); his grandchildren, Alex Ash (Abigal), Cameron Duescher, Sarah Larkin (Michael) and Jessica Goodwin (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Oliver, William, Lennon, Isaac, Ethan, Avery, Quincy and Emery; and his dog, Ranger.
As a result, the Pad For Paws Foundation was established. To date, Pad for Paws has donated over one million pounds of pet food and litter to the wonderful community of Helena.
