He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Neill and Josephine Neill; and his siblings, Kathryn and Dwight. He is survived by: his wife Marian of Billings; his children, Christine (Kip Atkinson), Stephanie Neill (Roger Kacmarcik) and Eric; his daughter-in-law Vicki Neill of Helena; his grandchildren, John Atkinson (Nicole) of Billings, Josie Barclay (Christopher) of Spokane, Alek Kacmarcik of Idaho and Rayce Neill (Madi) of Idaho; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Isla, Isabel, Vivienne Atkinson, Peter, Eric and Annie Barclay.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Faith E Church (3145 Sweet Water Dr, Billings, MT 59102). Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 700 Forestvale Rd, Helena, MT 59602.
