He was predeceased by: his parents, Logan Rhodes and Florence Mae Hazen (Bruesch); his siblings, Nettie Brost (Harry), Ruth Vermulum (Cornie), Donald, George (Ruth), Logan (Imojene) and Dan Hazen (Maxine); his nieces and nephews, Chely, Joan, Duane, Everett and Mike; and his in-laws, Everett, Margaret Holm, Jim Hayes, Terry, Carolyn Holm and Al Roland.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sisters-in-law, Sandy Hayes and Rita Roland; his nieces and nephews, Lori Mayernik (Dennis), Don, Mark (Maggie) and Jerry (Patti); and his grandsons, Aaron, Marvin, Brandon, Cory, Kelly, John, Matt, Garth, Nathan, Kendall, Zach and Michael. He is also survived by spouses and 37 great grandchildren.
