He is survived by: his children, Nicole Minkoff, Dorianne Minkoff and Michael Minkoff; his grandchildren, Josh Ewalt, Chase Maggs (Niki), Ewan Minkoff Brown, Kalia Minkoff Brown, Ambrose Minkoff Brown, Pelagia Minkoff Brown (Dorianne), Grant Minkoff and Braden Minkoff; his great grandchild Ares (Chase); and his siblings, Richard Minkoff, Dan Minkoff (Karen), Mary Jean Shober (Dennis) and Linda Maxwell (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
