She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Virgil McConnell (Marie) and Marie McConnell; her husband Albert Snell Jr. of Hays; her son Frank McConnell (Dane) of Lodge Pole, MT; her adoptive children, Giacamo and Matteo of Italy; and her siblings, Floyd McConnell Sr. (Angie) of Hays, MT, Arleta Plummer (Donovan) of Iowa, Trenda DuBois of Harlem, MT, Larry Gunn, Frank McConnell, Virgil A McConnell, Shirley Kirkaldie and Barbra Plummer. She was also cherished by her numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
