She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Gardipee and Clemence M. Doney; her husband Leon "Duke" King; her son Kelly Gardipee; and her stepson Scott Plummer.
She is survived by: her brother Chris "Tuffy" Gardipee; her children, Mary, James Kirby (Bridgette) of Billings, Toni, Leona Jo of Harlem, Chantel Blackwolf and Karen Haakanson (Hawkan) of Hays; her adoptive children, Jeremy King, Angie McConnell (Floyd), Ione Snell (Raymond), Anaya Grant and LaQuenae Gardipee; her siblings, Marjorie Seaman of St. Ignatius, Christopher "Tuffy", Philip, James Gardipee, Velma Flansburg and Hazel Carter; and her grandson Longsoldier. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
