He was predeceased by: his father Henry John Walker; and his brother John Walker. He is survived by: his mother Lillian Alice Walker; his wife Nona Shortman; his sons, Kevin William Walker (Katarina) of Havre, MT and Jesse Walker of Havre, MT; his grandchildren, Everleigh and Mason; and his siblings, Frank Walker (Diane), Carri VandeRee (Brian) and Jodi.
