She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Irene Barnes (Scofeild) and Walter Henery Barnes; her sisters, Mary Alice Herman (Barnes), Barbra Jean Schwartz (Barnes), Julia Irene Hogah (Barnes) and Sharon Kay Barnes; and her adoptive son Billy John Buerkle.
She is survived by: her adoptive daughter Sheila Forshee; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Wolcott, Sarah Damson and Jacob Wolcott (Teaya Wolcott).
