He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Berg and Olga Berg (Logeland); his sister Donna Jean Berg; his in-laws, Bob and Jackie McLeod; and his pet Teddy.
He is survived by: his wife Deanna Berg of Havre; his sons, Gary Berg (Tammie) of Helena and Bob Berg, Jr. (Cindy) of Great Falls; his grandchildren, Jaylee Berg of Sand Coulee, Brandi Kindred (Austin) of Sand Coulee, Emily Berg of Great Falls, Mallory Joiner (Jay) of Helena, Mitchell Cresswell of Helena, Kelsey Cresswell of Helena and Landis Cresswell of Havre; and his in-laws, Jim and Carla Marden of Centralia, WA. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
