He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Emerson DeLapp Sr. and Cora L Williams DeLapp; his wife Norma Faye; his siblings, Ralph DeLapp, Don DeLapp, Dora Lupton and Harriet DeLapp; and his grandchildren, Troy Ankney and Kali Jo Ankney.
He is survived by: his children, Brett DeLapp, Darcy of Kaycee, Wyoming, Tana Ankney (Brett) and Jill DeLapp of Sheridan, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Fawnie Erickson (Seth) of Spearfish and Shawn Ankney (Kandra) of Badger Creek; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Ankney, Brayton Ankney, Josie Ankney, Moray Ankney, Loral Ankney, Karlee Ankney, Kaycee Ankney, Alethea DeLapp, Evangeline DeLapp, Seraphina DeLapp, Adeline Erickson and Lainey Erickson.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (2121 Colonial Dr, Sheridan, WY 82801).
