He is survived by: his mother Lois Speakthunder; his children, Lance Corporal Seth A. Has, Chelsey R. Martinez and Brittany Martinez; the mother of his children Brenda Has The Eagle; his siblings, Leon D. Martinez of Belle Fourche, SD, Bethany H. Lawrence and Constance Martinez of Harlem, MT; his grandchildren, L'Kessa, Zayden, Braelee, Z'Raya and J'Loni; and his aunts and uncles, Verna Speakthunder, Leta Cole, Wilma Speakthunder, Ronald Speakthunder and Leon Speakthunder. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and more family members.
