He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Michael Wendland Kaftan; his parents, Robert Kaftan and Genevieve Kaftan; his former spouse Pat Forman; the fathers of children, Tyler and Jason; his brother Gary; his sons, Tyler and Jason; his grandson Carson; his brothers, Rick (Barb), Alan (Kim) and Jon (Gina); and his stepdaughters, Brooke Kessler and Morgan Hove. He was also cherished by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
