It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Kato of Havre, Montana, who passed away on September 12, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hachiemon Kato and Yoshiko Kato; his wife Johanna; and his siblings, Yatch, Harry, Ray, George, Ted, Sue and Aki.
He is survived by: his children, Mark (Teresa) of Post Falls, ID, Rick (Aileen) of Greeley, CO, Jeff (Mary) of Fort Collins, CO and Shari Baltrusch (Greg) of Havre; his siblings, Carol Moesinger of Havre, MT and Frank Kato (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Arlene Kato. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
