He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Johnson and Katheren Johnson (Furlong); his brothers, Dennis, Terry and Corey Johnson; and his grandparents, Tom and Hilda Furlong.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hinkle; his sons, Allen M. Johnson of Missoula and William Johnson (Jeri) of Great Falls; and his sister Karla Arndt (Robert) of Thompson Falls. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
