She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Bullock and Jessie Bullock (Mullen); her husband John A. Kloppenburg; her brothers, Delbert "Happy" Bullock (Sharon), John Bullock (Arla) and Chester Bullock (Rose); and her parents-in-law, Augustine "Gus" and Margaret Kloppenburg (Kennedy).
She is survived by: her children, Karen Pollington (Terry) of Havre, Rhonda Gregoire (Gary) of Havre, Lynnette Maes (Bob) of Anaconda and Scott Kloppenburg (Brenda) of Kremlin. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Jessie's family has suggested memorial donations be made in her memory to St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
