He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Collins and Louise Collins (Pursley); his siblings, Larry Smathers, Judy Faust and Linda Azure; and his granddaughter Nora Mae Prevost.
He is survived by: his wife Hannah Morsette; his grandson Keegen; his children, Amber Alexander (James), Kimberly Prevost (Andy) and Little Eddy Collins; and his siblings, Dale Collins (Linda), Tim Collins (Babe), Mark Collins (Betty) and Becky Odegaard (Lee). He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
