He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Friede Sr.; his grandparents, Ernest Friede, Marie Friede (Saddler), Edward Belcourt and Pearl Belcourt (Wells); his brother Reuben "Muc" McDowell; his aunts and uncles, Cindy Lawerence, Barb Friede, Janice Belcourt, Mike Belcourt, Ron Belcourt and Harvey Belcourt; his cousins, Blair Friede and Elias LaMere; his nephew Cruz Friede; and his friends, Dani Buffalo, Darren Caplette and Yallup.
He is survived by: his mother Darla Friede, Sr. (Belcourt); his siblings, Lindsey Friede, Marisa Friede, Lisa Ornelas (Jason Rosette) and Gabe Jordan; his friend Crystal Gardipee; his children, Tyrell Pierce, Chase Fenner, Joe Rosette, Aaliyah Riebenaller, Daniel Friede III, Taleise Friede, Taliyah Friede and Silas Friede; his godson Jayden Jilot; and also Calvin Jilot. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and 5 amazing grandkids.
A wake was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (235 Main St, Box Elder, MT 59521). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
