He was predeceased by: his father Jason Otto; and his uncle Chris Otto. He is survived by: his mother Dyann Otto; his sister Amanda; his grandparents, Jerry, Debbie Otto, Harry and Bobbi Spangler; and his uncles, Wesley Otto and Brian Spangler. He is also survived by numerous great aunts/uncles and cousins.
