He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Adams; his partner Brooke LeValdo; his children, Tandyn, Breslyn, Taytum and Treyven Allen; his siblings, Jaylynne Allen (Chance Roberts), Lane Allen (Kassi Perez), Craig Adams (Alicia), Michael Butterfly (Ereaux), Marcus Henry (Jaidyn), Shane Bird Rattler and Jarrison Snow; his grandparents, Mary Adams, John and Diane Allen; and his great-grandparent Minerva Allen. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousin, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
