He was predeceased by: his father William; his grandmother Annie Brisbo (White Cow); his mother Inez Bagley; his grandfather William Brisbo Sr.; his uncle Jimmy Main; his sisters, Lulu Sullivan (Brisbo), Gaileen Dolly "Teeny" No Runner (Brisbo), Daisy Gilliam (Brisbo), Brenda Matte and Rose "Shuggie" Main; his nephew Michael "Mike" Main; and his sons, Maxbiya Yat Gan, David James Azure and Derrick Azure. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren among many other family members.
