He is survived by: his brother Leon (Chico); his daughter Cindy Louise Lewis (Tim); his father-in-law Leo Cichosz; his wife Barb; his son Wade Lewis (Ely); his grandchildren, Jeremy Hoscheid (Kari), Dustin Lewis, Brett Hoscheid (Leah), Ryan Lewis and Jaylene Neiffer (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Brianna Williams, Zoe Hoscheid, Jonah Neiffer and Ezra Hoscheid; and his brothers, Gary Lewis (Nancy) and Harold Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews on both sides along with brothers- and sisters-in-laws.
