He is survived by: his wife Rachel Parker (Michel); his children, Sherry Daley (Cedric), Michie, Denise Mason-Rios, Michael Parker (Alyssa) of Charles Parker, III, Todd, David and William "Billy" Parker; his siblings, Joe (Patsy), Dee Dee Hoovestal (Gary) and Jackie Roberts; and his grandchildren, Jonny, Nicola, Logan, Bethany, Paige, Wyatt, Leo, Dane, Rachel Lynn, Kaomealani and Anela.
