He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay Lear and Kathryn Lear (Billie); and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry of Fairfield, Mary Faye Langevin of San Ramon, CA, Kay Behrens (Ron), Ann O'Keefe (Mike), Joan Campbell (John), Lois Giovanini (Bob) and Nancy Pearson (Dan). He is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews.
