With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Jacobson of Hamilton, Montana, born in San Bernardino, California, who passed away on July 20, 2020 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Diane Riggs. She is survived by: her father Michael Jacobson; her daughter Lindsey of Hamilton; her stepmother Susan Jacobson of Roseville, CA; her brother Brian Jacobson of Irvine, CA; her adoptive daughter Leah Laine of Hamilton; and her grandchildren, Hunter Ivy and Keith Christoper. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family suggests donations to the American Heart Association.
