He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Olson and Sophia E. Olson (Marek). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Roper; his children, William Olson and Camille Olson McCollum; his granddaughters, Cassidy and Carina McCollum; his sister Lilly Ross (Leland); and his friend Kathy Garrod.
The family suggests that memorials be made to the future cancer center at Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital.
