He was predeceased by: his father Herbert "Todd" Berry; and his grandfather Robert "Bob" Berry. He is survived by: his mother Crystal "Cristi" Bibler; his stepfather Jet G Bibler; his brother Tyson Berry; his daughter Kayliana; his sister Shandi (Kwanele Khumalo); his son Thando; his stepsiblings, Brenna Bibler and Jet "Tristan" Bibler; and his grandparents, Phil Sr., Bonnie Richards and DeLis Berry. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to a suicide prevention facility of your choice.
