He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eddie Lee Keith and Nancy Katherine Keith; his wife Cory Keith of Hamilton, MT; his daughter Shelay Keith (Harper Cooper); his grandchildren, Mckiel and Charlie; his son Jeremy Keith (Trista); his grandchildren, Kennadi, Everly and Trichelle Keith; his great grandchild Illiana (Kyle Cirincione); and his siblings, Jeff Keith (Tammy), Kathy Keith (Renee) and Dan Keith (Michelle).

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to the Boy Scouts of America, Montana Council, 825 W Spruce St., Ste A., Missoula, MT 59802.
