He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Oscar Westgard and Ethel Kari Christenson; his wife Lucille Wilkerson; his daughters, Rhonda Johnson (Doug) of Hamilton, Bettina Westgard of Tampa, FL and Jody Newlon (Brian) of Stevensville; his sister Jean Tucker of Missoua; his cousins, Dave and Joanne Larson; and also Larson. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
