He is survived by: his wife Juelene; his brother Larry Collins; his children, Kim Konzak, Tyler Collins (Tamara) and Troy Collins (Gina); his friends, Dan Smith, Robin Smith and Mindy McKee; and also Tyler. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
