He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Phyllis Howard and Roy Howard; his wife Julie; his brothers, Jay Howard of Frenchtown, MT. and Jim Howard of Butte Mt; and his children, Cindy, John and Lea. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew.
