He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Swanz and Hazel Swanz (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Jean Swanz (Archibald); his children, Pam Murnion (Tony), Patti Stevens (John) and Steve Swanz (Maureen Rintala); his grandchildren, James Murnion (Haley Green), Stephen Murnion, Connor Murnion (Katie), Jessica Borgardt (Max), Breeanna Tallakson (Andy), Samantha Swanz, Fallon Swanz (Spencer Toycen), Declan Swanz (Bryan Torppa), Colton Rintala (Denise) and Emma Mirsky (Garrett); his siblings, Sandra Cummings, Gayle Valentine (Ray), Tom Swanz, John Swanz (Linda) and Cheryl Spratt (Bill); and his sister-in-law Maretta Stephens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
