He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jo Terral; his children, Deborah L. Whaley of Hamilton, Jeffery B. Gerig of Kennewick, WA and David C. Gerig of George Town, TX.; and his grandchildren, Daniel Griffiths Whaley, Kendra Whaley Fledderman, Kiah Whaley Nisly, Brandon Gerig, Megan Gerig Schut, Christopher Gerig, David Raymond Gerig, Johanna Gerig Kreczmer, Jesseca Gerig Poe and Jaiden Gerig.
