We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2023, at the age of 89, Barbara Josephine Gerig of Hamilton, Montana, born in Lillie, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George K. Terral and Maude Lee Terral; her husband Clete Gerig; and her grandchild Danika Griffiths. She is survived by: her siblings, Carolyn Leonard and Jimmy Terral; her children, Deborah Whaley of Corvallis, MT and David Gerig of Georgetown, TX; and her grandchildren, Daniel Griffiths Whaley, Kendra Whaley Fledderman, Kiah Whaley Nisly, Brandon Gerig, Megan Gerig Schut, Christopher Gerig, David Raymond Gerig, Johanna Gerig Kreczmer, Jesseca Gerig Poe and Jaiden Gerig. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild, AND multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
