He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Dullinger and Theodora Dullinger; his brothers, Anthony and Edward Dullinger; and his brother-in-law Alvin Theisen.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Dullinger; his daughter Cynthia Parker (Charles); his grandsons, Ethan and Nathaniel; and his sister Leona Theisen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
