He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva DeMott and Sylvia Mae DeMott (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie of Corvallis, Montana; his stepchildren, Lisa Anne (Jason Miller) of American Fork, Utah, David Dye (Christine) of Mona, Utah, John Dye (Jenny) of Provo, Utah, Harrison Dye (Hayley) of Lehi and Tony Dye of Corvallis, Montana; his siblings, Mary DeMott of Rexford, Montana and David DeMott of Missoula, Montana; his niece Tammi (Shawn Barber) of Ronan, Montana; his nephews, Ryan DeMott of Missoula and Mike DeMott (Anna) of Goldendale, Washington; his siblings-in-law, Harriet Tallmadge of Anaconda, Montana and Bill Bowden (Mary) of Butte, Montana; and his nephews, Dan Petersen (Lidia) of Las Vegas and Mike Petersen of Butte, Montana.. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; eight great -grandchildren.
