He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Thomas and Irene Thomas; and his brother-in-law Hollis Broderick. He is survived by: his wife Patsie Bartoletti-Thomas; his sister Colleen Broderick; his children, Patti Monts, William G. Thomas II (Jen), Mary Pat Penley (Tim), Marty (Rebecca), Brad and Stephanie (Justin); and his grandchildren, Kim, Katie, Kyle, Bryce, Amanda, Edward, Terra, Joseph, Taylor, Gabe, Kate, William J. Thomas III and Colton.
