He was predeceased by: his son Scott Collins; and his parents, Bill Collins and Phyllis Collins. He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his son Bill Collins (Christeen); his grandchildren, Bailey, Jacob and Sam Collins; and his siblings, Vickie Carter (Mike) and John Collins.
