He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Tonne and Rae Tonne (Reeves); his siblings, Rita, Willard (Nancy) and Jerry (Karen); and his nephew Scott.
He is survived by: his brother Charles Tonne (Glenda) of Geraldine; and his nieces and nephews, Myrna, Sherry, Robyn, Lisa, Bart, Alan, Clint, Mark and Brett.
