He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Villareal (LaPier); his daughter Rachel; his parent Thomas Villareal, Sr.; and his siblings, Marvin Gonzales, Albert Gonzales, Raymond Gonzales, Arthur Villareal, Robert Gonzales, Marlene Villareal, Delores Minyard, Delphine McGregor, Janie Staats and Minerva Trotchie.
He is survived by: his wife Henny Jackson; his children, Thomas Anthony Villareal, Curtis Glenn Villareal and Katrina Rachelle Villareal; his siblings, Roberta "Tiny" Salterain and Tomas Villareal; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Christian, Clarrisa, Anthony, Mariah and Jordan. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and numerous loving extended family.
