He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Daugherty and Opal Daugherty; his brothers, Jack and Rex Daugherty; his brother-in-law Bob Siglin; his granddaughter Angel Heildlebaugh; his father-in-law Cy Baker; and his nephews, Jack Daugherty, Larry Siglin and Colton Conroy.

He is survived by: his wife Darcy Baker Daugherty (WA); his children, Tina Marie Thornton (WA) and Adam Page Heidlebaugh; his grandchildren, Joshua Thornton, Paige Maray Heidlebaugh, Lilly Rose Heidlebaugh (WA) and Faith Kristian Heidlebaugh (IN); his siblings, Pat Siglin (IA) and Ted Daugherty (UT); his nieces, Susan Andrews (IA), Julie Duckworth (WA) and Jennifer Nebal King (MT); and his siblings-in-law, Dave Baker, Mike Baker (MT), Mark Darrow, Lyndon Conroy, Laurie Dorrow (MT), Sandi Conroy (MT) and Susan Baker (MT). He is also survived by numerous nephews and cousins.
