She is survived by: her parents, Jack Phillips and Alma Phillips (Roane) of Lewistown, MT; her husband James Jasinski; her children, Ashley Kaluza (Tim) of Great Falls, MT and Ethan of Great Falls, MT; her granddaughters, Savannah and Carrina Kaluza of Great Falls, MT; her mother-in-law Dianne Jasinski of Bay City, MI; and her brother-in-law Ken Jasinski of Great Falls, MT. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
