She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale and Leona. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Dutchak, Jr. (Dorinda) and Melanie Picken (Eric); her husband Jerry Dutchak, Sr.; and her siblings, Randy (late Judy), Becky (Bill), Dan (Sandy), Jonathan (Amy), Jennifer (late Dave), Gregory (Laura) and Brett (Joanna). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
