She was predeceased by: her father Nick Ludwig; and her brothers, Rick, Chris and Joseph Ludwig. She is survived by: her husband Orlando Parsons; her children, Kathleen, Amanda, Rose, Ronnie, John, Robert and James; her mother Lorriane Ludwig; her siblings, Cindy Weld (Skip), Patti Cetrone (Don), Lori Perez (Art), Vicki Ferguson, Bev Bracha Elizabeth Moore (Gary), Melissa Bohn, Nick Jr. Ludwig (Sarah), Lonny Ludwig, Merlin Ludwig and Merle Ludwig (Rachael); and her goddaughter Cassie. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
Rose regularly donated to St. Jude and was a selfless giving person.
