He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul and Ramona Paul (Willems); and his brothers, Michael "Mick" and Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Regina "Gigi" Paul (Kappes); his children, Carla Hatlelid (Tim), John Paul (Shauna), Heidi Suiste and Gina Evans (Brad); and his foster brother Patrick "Pat" Doyle. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
