He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Van Heel and Winnijean Van Heel; his brother Bryan Cody Van Heel; his nephew Casey Van Heel; his brothers-in-law, Richard Winchell and James Larson; and his grandson Colton Rohlf.
He is survived by: his spouses, Linda Frick and Donna Van Heel; his children, Garrett Van Heel, Wylie Van Heel, Casey Doran (TanDee) of Great Falls, Heather Rohlf (Tim) of Great Falls and Hallie Schumaker (Rob) of Charlton, MA; his grandchildren, Gage, Brooke, Brade, Caleb, Alexandra, Conor, Jackson, Cayden, Jerik and Madelyn; his sister Linda Winchell of Great Falls; his sisters-in-law, Kathleen Van Heel of Cut Bank and Suzanne Larson of Longview, WA; his nieces, Tasha, Tamra and Jalayna; and his nephew Bryan. He is also survived by husband and wife for the next 38 years but soulmates and best friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society and the Animal Shelter.
