He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Gazzerro; his son Jonathan; and his grandparents, Robert and Dorothy "Dot" Melton. He is survived by: his father John Gazzerro; his daughters, Stephanie, Stacie and Misty; his sons-in-law, Matt and George; his brothers, Jim and Tony; his sisters-in-law, Joi and Anita; his nieces, Wynter, Chaprelle and Hailey; and his nephew Chase (Hunter). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
