He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Wilbur McMillan and Flora Mae Ricketts McMillan; his daughter Wendy Kae McMillan; his wife Marion Pauline Nynas McMillan; his siblings, Kenneth Wilbur McMillan, Steven Edward McMillan and Esther May McMillan; his son-in-law Phillip Andrew Ferda; and his great grandchild Cadence Ryan Daugherty.
He is survived by: his daughter Laureen Carol Ferda of Highwood, MT; his sister Flora Ilene Lohman (Daniel) of Coos Bay, OR; his granddaughters, Vicki Ann Ferda of Billings, MT and Marie Michelle Trowbridge of Spokane, WA; and his great grandchild Samuel Trever Ferda of Billings, MT. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
